exhaust manifolds 89 bronco 300

I believe that my flanges on my rear manifold and y pipe have blown apart.

i really dont feel like investing ludicrous amounts of money on manifold back exhaust

can an older manifold (one piece for all 6 cyl) fit and then i can fabricate a custom exhaust/

or does anyone make headers for the 300 87 and up?

u can get headers for the 300 from eather jegs or summit just do a search there.
