Going through any coolant? Could be a slight leak in that area causing a missfire...

Hard to really say. Maybe another bad plug LOL

i am no expert by anymeans worm but u might wanna just check the basics make sure the wire hasnt got up against the manifold burning a hole and causing the wire to arc. as adam said could be a bad plug maybe even a bad cap never had one but it could happen.

Good info 89PH!

Michael; did this misfire start after changing the wires.etc.?

Check Spark Plug Wire Routing for 5.8

94-96 5.0 ** - INCLUDES 5.8 - engine miss, spark knock, buck/***** surge and other driveability concerns

Or use that Label on top of radiator (VECI Label)

If gone;

On-Line for Free at Ford. Click "Quick Guides" in left panel; Scroll to & CLICK VECI Labels "Provides Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) and a related calibration parts list." Enter applicable info (need to know your Calibration number from your B-pillar sticker). Vacuum Diagram is the same as the one on the core support or hood or air filter cover.
