drivers side arm rest

how do you repair the arm rest .the drivers side goes all the way down .it seem the part that stops the arm in a level position snapped off on the inside. any ideas maybe like a ***** where the stopuse tpo be?

then i used 3M super stregnth spray on shit to glue them on the back

you should look at the arm rest for a zipper. if it has one, unzip it and pull the cover back. tighten the bolt that attaches the arm rest to the seat while looking for proper movement of the arm rest. hopefully that will fix your problem!! good luck!
