Got a puzzle. Engine won't rev over 3000 rpm as soon as it warms up for a few minutes. Either idle or driving. I've changed the computer, ox sensor, checked for plugged intake / exhaust ( there's no cat). checked fuel pressures, etc. Any suggestions?
