I am thinking of buying A Bronco, 1984,

more than $ 1,000.00 in marine sound system, speakers, sub woofer, amplifier, there are two batteries, one just for the sound system. Recently painted, flat black, really nice job, no hard cover, the engine is good, it runs well, transmission works perfect as well. There is a brand new carburetor, gear box, electric fan, all fluids, air filters, smog pump...

It has been raised 7". Can any one advise me on what to look out for. Also if you can let me know what you would expect to pay for a beast such as this.

Any help would be much appreciated. I have enclosed some pics

From the pictures, it appears to be in great shape. I'd pay as little as possible, but in the condition it appears to be in, easily up to $5,000. Look for signs of rust at bottom of tail gate, along the edge of the wheel wells, B-post area. Use a magnet covered with a cloth to check for Bondo repairs in those areas. Take a test ride to see how it runs and check the 4 wheel drive.

Good luck,
