Broken Back Window (not motor)

The rear window has been busted out. I have never had to mess with anything back there and it appears to be pretty simple and straight forward. Im just wanting to know if there is anything weird i should know about before i start. or of any tricks that will make it easier.

Basically it is a simple job. If the glass you are putting in has the mounting hardware on it, you need to remove the weather stripping. Be careful to not bend it or get some new weather stripping before you do the job. Also remove the two rubber weather stripping ends.
