my booster is bad!

I was looking at getting a new one from the junk yard and was wondering what years will fit?

obviously I want to go as new as possible but so far it looks as though 83 is as high as I can go for my 1980 bronco.

anybody shed some light on this for me?

i'm not sure on the years, but i swapped the booster on my 95 with a booster from a 93 f-250. the f250 boosters are twice the size as the ones that came in the bronco's

might be something to look at when you are junk yard hunting

Question:

Did you have any brake pedal to booster lever fitment issues?

From what Ive noticed the arms on some early bronco boosters have a slight downward angle to them while the newer model arms are straight,

I'm guessing if i go with a "straight arm" instead of my "bent arm" worst case is my brake pedal will come out a little farther than before.

Going to the junk yard tomorrow, hopefully i can find a suitable replacement,

Lastly does anyone know if ford used similar boosters in any cars during the 80's - 90's? or were these boosters shared only on their trucks?
