Is their anything that can be done about rusting around the back wheel well? if so will the same thing work for other spot on the truck?

you can get sheet metal replacement pieces from carquest and/or broncograveyard.com, you just cut out the bad stuff and put in the new steel. i prefer to weld, but others use rivets with a type of adhesive.

if you click on "F-150" in my signature, i did a pretty extensive rust repair job on that truck and it shows the different patches I got for it.
