( hey guys what's up? i need your help- put my bronco into a bank 4 wheeling and damaged some parts(oops- it happens). i was able to find a top and bumper. but i need a tailgate. all the tailgates that i have found are severely rusted and no good. my question is does anyone know where i can get a used one(in good shape)? and maybe the cost? i am almost desperate i need my rig. thanks for the help. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I went to a scrap yard in ct called Bill's of Tolland Inc. and got a great mint tailgate with window, motor regulator etc for $150.00. The staff was very helpful and there are 2 other bronco's there with good tailgates. I got hosed at S&J Auto parts in saratoga springs, I got screwed out of $428.00 because they never shipped me the part. I am now in a legal battle to get the cash back as well as compensation for the moldy back seat and rusted bed I now have to pay about $400.00 to replace.
