No you dont need to change shocks or anything related to the susp. The only thing you may have to do is drop your radiator down the same length as your blocks so it lines up with your motor. The blocks should have come with a kit if its needed. So you may be in the clear. Check it before you start it.

IF U PUT 2 1/2 BLOCK IN REAR YES CAN GET RACHO SHOKS FOR IT

BUT 2 1/2 FRONT SPACER FOR COIL NOT GOOD

YOURE FRONT END CAMBER CASTER EXT OFF MAY NOT BE DRIVABLE

YOURE BETTER OFF TO GET A BODY LIFT KIT OR SUP LIFT KIT

LOT'S LESS PROBLEM

HAVE RANGER WHIT 3 INCH FRAME TO BODY SPACER WORK GREAT AND KEEP ORIGINAL SUP EASY

SURE GUY'S IN HERE KNOW WHERE YOU CAN GET LIFT KIT

PS A MAKE MY OWN KITS

Probably the safest and best way to go would be is to order a kit with everything in it. I would advice against the spacers for safety reasons. Check out Wildhorses, Superlift, James Duff,.....etc. and compare.
