I am thinking of taking the interior out of my 94 Bronco, spraying in bedliner, then replacing the carpet. Has anyone done this? Is it possible with no modifications? Also, has anyone used the dash overlays from the Bronco graveyard? How do they fit? How do they look?

i took out my carpet and put the spray on bedliner down but i did not put the carpet back because it was mildewe and nast and stunk but y not you can but the only reason to take the carpet out is to get away from the smell and be able to wash out your floor boards

Same here. Herculined the interior and threw out the old carpet. Very easy now to rinse out the mud after a wheeling trip. But there should be no problem if you want to put the carpet back in or install a new piece. At least you'll have the rust protection of the bedliner. JSM84

Thanks for the input. I was only really hoping to get the rust protection from the bedliner. I already have the replacement carpet.

My opinion is you would get better rust protection from a porduct like POR-15, Rust Bullit or Durabak. Those products will actually convert to rust, while bedliner will only cover it. Before I used the Herculiner, I used OSPHO on the surface rust on the floorpan, then applied primer and the HErc.

Thanks! The POR-15 sound like a much better idea!

Here's a link to my write-up aboutthe OSPHO and "REstore" rust converters:
http://broncozone.com/forums/index.php?sho...092;ospho\

POR-15 and Rust Bullit are paint-type products that will tun you about $100/ gal, vs $80/gal for the herculiner, vs $20/gal for the OSPHO.

I have applied qwikliner on my jeep.It is a permanently bonded a protective barrier between your vehicle and the outside environment, protecting your investment from rust, dents, scratches, and chemical corrosion. See the picture of my jeep
