ball joints

so i found out today i need new balljoints on both sides but im not entirely sure how, ive done them on an explorer before but it seemed much easier than mine when i look at it, can someone give me some instructions or advice on doing them? i have automatic hubs and i also have access to a balljoint press. thanks in advance

Here are 2 installs;

One tip is to mark the camber/castor adjuster location with a marker or white nail polish (may get knocked-out tho)
