Auto Tranny Problems

I have a 94 Bronco and im pretty sure something is wrong with my automatic tranny. Sometimes i'll be driving around 50-70mph and the tranny seems to get stuck between gears. Its as if it is on Neutral and it wont switch gears unless i take my foot of the gas and press on it again. If anyone knows what im talking about then please help thanx.

Is the LED at end of shifter flashing?..and is Check Engine light on?..if so, you can check the DTCs (diagnostic trouble code);
