I recently posted an issue on vacuum lines. I got the bronco to start by hooking up the efi module wiring and the evr to egr green hose and the filter housing red lines connected but after that, it seems like the problem was worse. Before it didn’t start I tried to move the efi module to a cooler spot and somehow I feel the wiring is wiring and there are some sensors incorrect. I bought a new fuel filter but I know it’s not going to fix the issue but it’s a start. There are no complete diagrams for sensors and hoses from the manifolds plus it had all been tampered with before I owned it. Maybe someone can hook it up with some advice please?

You saw the stuff I posted in your vacuum thread, right? U put up diagrams and photos of your vacuum controls.

When it starts running poorly like that, unplug your SPOUT connector, the little grey ignition timing jumper plug that is dangling from the distributor harness.

If it runs better disconnected, you have a faulty ignition pickup coil inside the distributor.

Also grasp, wiggle and gently twist the ignition control module connector at the distributor just left of SPOUT co!ector while it's idling, and any running changes induced by that points to a faulty module.
