85 bronco efi swap

I have a 85 bronco im working on finishing up the EFI swap on, I put 91 f250 302 motor, tranny and dash in, I put new efi pump and lines in the tank, I turn the key on get all my dash lights on, wont start with key but I can turn over by jumping the solenoid, It will start with starting fluid instantly nut wont run off fuel pump, Im getting power to the injectors, I can hit the bleeder ***** on fuel rail and gas will shoot out and hit the hood so I know its getting good fuel pressure, I also have both fuel pumped hooked straight to power so I know there both workingm I must be missing something from the swap but im stumped, ive been to the junkyard and looked at other trucks and all my vacuums lines are on and correct, any help or ideas will be greatly appriated thank you

Your injectors are probably not firing, look about a 1/4 way down on this page at START / CRANK
