Ask your local C.B. radio repair/sales store.

If they won't/can't....they may direct you to someone who does..
Thanks Bob, I thought there might be some one who specialized in it, but then I'm probably in a minority

that would want it!!!!

forget the AM and go to Wal-Mar and get a Sony EXPLODE!!!
Hey Thanks for the reply, but that would not be in keeping with my #$@)#$*&% decision to restore this thing to it's original grandure!!! I could have made an outstanding toy a whole lot easier. The next one will be pure toy!!!

I would contct some group like the Good Guys http://www.good-guys.com/ who specialize in restoring muscle cars and hotrods. I have seen ads for places that actually produce new radios that look like the old originals for people restoring older classic cars.

Good luck,

:)>-

Hi Back in the 80's I tryed to put a new radio in the dash, but I didn't have no depth in the dash [new radio too long]. Had to build a box inunder the dash. Check out www.oldcarsweekly.com they have venders listed for restoring/rodding, just about anythig to do with the old car hobby. www.turnswitch.com www.vintageautoradio.com are two venders that chang the inside to up grade old radios. Hope this helps SAYBYE
