I've recently been been into my steering column and replaced the shift tube and shift collar sleeve. When trying to reinstall it seems my shift tube is too short or I can't get the collar sleeve to go far enough back on to the column housing.
I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem? I ordered the shift tube through JBG however, the tube is not OEM - can anyone assist?
