Has anyone acquired a shop manual for their Bronco/F-150? I just want to know where I can find them. I've got a '91 Bronco that won't pass emissions. High CO indicates that it's running rich but since it's all EFI and ECM I haven't a clue. I had it in the shop they said it was the cat, changed the cat and the same emission results. I was already skeptical about the shops but after this I'm really starting to think they are a bunch of crooks.

Thanks

Ed

I found a complete set for my '96 on Ebay. EVTM and both maintenance manuals for about $60. Did a quick search and found this for your truck. Didn't see the EVTM for your year, but things pop up on Ebay all the time.

Edit:

For my year, the maintenance manuals were for Broncos and F-series but the EVTM is Bronco specific. Don't know if its the same for '91. The EVTM (Electical/Vacum Troubleshooting Manual) is a VERY usefull manual to own.

good advice on ebay from RoadKill!

Helm is Ford's Manual/Owner's Guide, etc. publisher; so look for Helm instead of Chilton, Haynes, ALL DATA ($) ...

They have a few others.. the TSB's are avail free on-line and many are my site

BTW, Ford/Helm never made a CD for pre-92's, but a lot of info is sim to 92-96. esp body, tail gate etc.

A free dnld from http://www.fordcds.com/ was avail for awhile (92-up), but all info is now gone

info by Steve! "Get the '92 image & burn it to disc, then install & run it. It'll show you almost everything you need to know about your truck. Of course, your wiring, engine controls, fuel pumps, grille, & dash may be different from a '92, but almost everything else is the same, so it's worth having."
