2002 explorer interoir lights and power windows

Hi can anyone help me with a problem with a 2002 mountaineer elec. problem my Wife's instrument cluster ,radio ,interior lights power windows all stopped working all fuses in the under hood fuse box and the drivers dash panel fuse box are good. I checked them with a meter . I replaced the battery saver relay and the delayed accessory relay. any ideas to what the problem is? Thanks Keith

My Police Interceptor had similar issues when the headlight switch started failing...

I would look there next.
