If only my wife would let me have two! Hey, whats the story with the rear fenders on the green one? It really doesn't look cut and it doesn't look factory either. I saw a 66 halfcab in the boneyard with the same fenders on it last week.

You're parting the green one out??

What a shame, up here in Calgary the would be at least a 4500 dollar truck!

(if it is as clean as it looks, running or not)

As for the rear fenders, I saw a tech article once where the owner took an old set of front fenders, trimmed the wheel arches out of them and had them grafted into the rear quarters. It looked very clean, and quite similar to what you have there.

I'd think the green one would sell easily. How much are you asking?

Do you really want to go thru the time to take apart a perfectly good rig? You should sell the green one and get new parts for the primered rig you are building. Is it going to be a wheeler only?

I have a guy at work who is the ebay king who is going to do it for free, all the money I get is gettign dumped into the grey one. the grey one is about 90% done where as the previous owner of the green one rigged and covered up everything on the green one. honestly the body looks good but itneeds patch panels in all the usual places and new floors all new windows, all new electrical engine needs to be worked on due to it not being started in a year. the grey one is just a better bet, and will make a better wheeler.

I'M WET BEHIND THE EARS WHEN IT COMES TO THESE BEAUTIES, BUT I'M CURRENTLY IN THE MIDDLE OF CLOSING A DEAL FOR A 73' WHICH IS IN NEED OF A POWER STEERING GEAR BOX ($300) AND HE'S ASKING $3000 FOR IT. WHAT DO YOU THINK? [-o<

BY THE WAY WOULD YOU CONSIDER SELLING THE GREEN ONE AND IF YES, IS IT RUNNING? :-&
