Xfer Case Motor Connector Pinout

I have a '93 w/5.8 and auto. The four wheel drive has not worked since my son purchased it last year. Before I break the seal in the engagement motor on the transfer case, does anyone have the pinout for the connector to the motor to see if I am getting power to the motor when I press the switch on the dashboard?

Is there anything else to try that may keep the 4x4 from engaging? When you press the dash button, there is no response.

Try this. It's for a '89 F250 but your truck has the exact same system.
