will not start

the bronco is 1979 xlt ranger 351m was running took out in the mud to see if 4 wheel is working it worked fine drove home and shut down and now will not start no sound at solenoid the only sound is at the relay under dash too left of the steering column and it makes a metal spring sound please help if possible

for some reason im answering my own ???? i found the problem it was a diffrent relay all together behind the key switch in the dash small black box with 6 prongs and a cluster 6 wires in one plug hope this may help someone else
