Hi guys,

Here is what I got going on. Upgrading my wheels and tires on my 95 bronco. Its got a 3" body and I'm planning on putting some 33x12.5x15 MT's on it. I need some suggestions on what the backspacing of the wheels need to be so there won't be any rubbing issues.

A backspacing of 3.5" to 4" is what i suggest. You still may have tire contact on the stock radius arms at full steering lock. JSM84

I have 31x10.50s on 15x10s with 4 inch backspacing no rubbing, I had 33x12.50 TSL Thornbirds on these rims and they rubbed but only at full lock. Im not sure if 3.5 backspacing would have kept them from rubbing or not but like I said they only rubbed during exagerated turns. Everyday driving was not a problem. Hope this helps. Also see if you're local shop will try on the size you want before you buy, most tire dealers have no problem doing this because they know that a happy customer is a return customer.
