Hello,

My 1973 Bronco has a body in pretty poor shape. I was considering patching parts of it, but it looks worse than that. It may come down to a complete tub replacement.

So, what I am supposed to do about the VIN? It looks like mine is a sticker on the driver's side door pillar. How do I go about transfering that over?

Thanks,

Jeff (who might be making more out of this than he needs to)

You should have a VIN in three places. One is the sticker, another on the frame under the passenger floor pan area, and the last is the glove box door. To get a replacement, get in touch with Marti Auto Works. They can make a replication for both the glove box VIN tag & I think the sticker. They are also the only Ford authorized company able to do it.
