1994 Bronco - Once the engine gets warm, it decides it doesn't want to move and the engine will shut down. After I let it sit for a while it starts right back up and drives like normal until it gets warm again. When it's warm, I apply the throttle but nothing happens; even when I manual do it on the throttle body. Not sure what is causing this issue. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Tom

Can't say for sure, but it has the symptom of a TFI module shorting out when it gets warm. It is mounted on the distributor.

Good luck,

It might also be your engine coolant temperature sensor (ETC) which could be erroneously telling the computer that the engine is overheating. In my case the engine would not shut down, but after stopping it would not restart until it cooled a while. The ETC is located at the top front of the engine where the heater hose leaves the block assuming yours is like my older 302. Not sure what engine you have.
