Basically you do the following:
1. look at the front door edge and you will see two small screws. Remove them.
2. remove the inside door panel
3. lower the window
4. remove, I believe it is a 10 mm bolt
5. pull the wing window back and out with about a 1/4 of a turn to the left. (On some trucks there is one more ***** under the outside mirror that will have to be removed before you can do turn and pull it.
If you are careful, the main window will stay in the rear track, if not make sure it is there when putting the wing window back in. Also, if the main window run weather strip is a single piece all around you will have to pull that out before doing the maneuver to remove the wing window frame. I may have left something out, but it will become obvious as you go.
