Truck trouble!!

Ok so I have a question,, I took my truck out for a drive and it started raining,, the trouble is that when it rains I lose power,, this also happens when I wash my engine or the under carriage at the car wash

That usually indicates a breakdown of the secondary ignition system. Cap, rotor, wires, plugs, coil.

Get a spray bottle of water and spritz the wires, cap, and coil when the engine is running. If it stumbles or stalls, there's your culprit.

If they are more than 3yrs and 40K miles old, do yourself a favor and replace everything. The system can fire a plug for 80 to 100 K miles....just not well.

I'm guessing your truck is a 94.
