Transmition swap

I am not liking the C6 in my 87 bronco and have found a 88 F150 with a complete 5sp set up. I can get the whole truck for $500.00 only issue is it has a inline 6 300 for a motor. Will that transmition bolt up to my 351w? The rest of the swap looks easy enough. new flywheel and clutch the rest should swap over.
