what kinda of transmissions will bolt to my 351w and my 1356bw transfer case?

a little more detail might help, like the year of the vehicle this is all going into. are you looking for auto or manual trannys that bolt up?

what year aod can i put with my 351w and my 1356 bw transfercase? i have a c6 right now in my 88 bronco and wanna switch it for an aod? what has to be replaced other than the transmission?

Both the manual and automatic Ford transmissions share the same bolt pattern for the transfer cases, so the AOD can be swapped for the C6. Each tranny uses a specific shifter bracket and linkage for the t-case model they're mated to, so you will have to change that. The AOD was only offered from about 1985/96 to 1989/90, and finding that shifter linkage is difficult from salvage yards or folks parting out their rigs. Driveshafts will also most likely need changing, since the C6 is a much longer tranny than the AOD.
