i have a 93 bronco full size and it sifts really hard do i need to rebuild it or is it better to get a new one.

Is the Transmission Control Indicator Lamp (OD off/on swith w/LED light) blinking?
Get it checked for codes for free somewhere or DIY;
a Self Test by BroncoJoe19 Remember to have engine @ Normal Operating Temperature before doing the KOER portion

If it is a torque converter slip code keep in mind it could be stored from converter clutch slippage, or slippage in another transmission clutch pack by becontrols.com
