Transmission Swap

i have a 90 fs 4x4 with 351 windsor and want to swap from a automatic tranny to a 5 speed when i have the extra funds on hand any ideas, on which tranny would be best for the bronco.

Just use the tranny that came in the 90's model 4x4's. you;ve got alot of work to do, good luck.
