Transfer Case

I have A BW 1356 case and there is not a thing wrong with it execpt its electric. I would like to change it over to a manual for the simple fact its an 87 and that motor on the case could go out. ( With my luck the worst possable moment ) I cant find a conversen kit. Is it just easyer to swap the whole thing out?
