Tranny or something else?

Hi everyone.

Have some concerns with tranny or something else, not sure, so I'll try and describe the problem.

95 302 Bronco with auto trans.

When I go from a stop, I hear/feel a sort of clunk and sometimes 2, but all is fine after I get going a few miles per hour.

Then when i stop i feel something there, possibly in the breaking system? Cause I can feel it in the brakes.

It doesn't feel like the tranny just like something is loose or something.

I checked my tranny mount and it looks fine. Anything else I could check to see if something is outta whack before I take it to shop?

check the u-joints.....i had tat clunk at take off too, unfourtunatly mine was in the rear end

same problem here, end up one of the transfer case mounts were loose, i would check anything that had to do with suspension

is that a costly fix for the rearend?

i wound up having to re-do the whole thing, and since i do not have the tools required for the job and i wanted a warranty, it cost me $1300.00

Was the torsion arm bushings. So glad no tranny problem /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
