Hi guys, I know that one of you smart individuals out there have the answer to my question...

I rebuilt my 83 351 windsor. My problem is the timing... it is not that what the book says it is.

what is the timing for this odd ball.. It runs rough as if I have eight plug wires in the wrong place.

No back fire but it is rough. I don't want to spend another grand on her. the ride is a full size 1983

351 Wind. 4x4.

my E Mail is [email protected] I am in Ca.

It sounds like two of the plug wires are swapped. Sort of like you have the 302 wiring which is 2 plugs different from the 351.

Diagram attached.

Good luck,

:)>-
