okay heres the problem, i have an 89 bronco with the AOD overdrive trans, and the crappy push button 4 wheel drive ***** the motor burnt out so i removed it and manually put it in 4 wheel drive, then i got a new motor and got it back to 2 wheel drive, but the little shaft the stick outta the t case that the motor turns keeps spinning , i can spin it over and over left or right, it never locks in anywhere, so once i finially got it back to 2 wheel drive, i put the new motor on, the motor spins and works fine, but when the 4x4 lights come on, the cane doesnt engage, so its stuck in 2wd , is there a certain way u gotta set up the shaft before u put the motor on?..any ideas
