The auto hubs on my 95 just gave up on me......I know imagine that. I am going to replace them with manuals to avoid repeat issues. I have been told to go with Warn or Mile Markers. Wich one is the better choice, and why.

Well really they all do the same thing they just push the splined collar in to connect the hub to the axle so I dont really think it matter which ones they are . Some people swear by the all metal ones which the warn premium ones are nice but a set of warn standards do exactly the same thing and I would think just as good The mile marker ones are stainless and there nice too but a set of stock ford ones are going to run just as many miles . I had a set of stock ford ones on an F250 that had over 200,000 on it and beat the **** out of it and there still going strong . So I guess it all comes down to what you like for the cosmetic looks becaus as far as function they all work the same . :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

It all depends on what you do with the rig.

If you like to wheel and see rocks don't go with the plastic outers they explode on contact. The Warn Premiums are OK. I had a few problems with the snap ring breaking on the back side of the hub. But they do hold up well. I run 38's locked so go figure. I heard the Mile Marker S.S. are warranteed for life? Could be worth looking into. I also ran a set of Superwinch hubs that were basic, all metal and are prices well. I think I like them the best because they don't have the internal parts that fail and I've never broke one.

My trucks don't see much ******** wheeling, and there aren't many areas to find alot of rocks around here. I take her mudding, and to the sand dunes now and then, mostly I use her to get me back in the woods to my hunting spots. I looked at the mile marker website and they do warranty thier hubs, so I think I will go with them. Thanks guys, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't about to buy more junk like the auto hubs.
