My "new" 85 Bronco has the same problem tonight. Turn the key and "clicky clicky"!!! WHenever my 84 does this, it is the starter solenoid or the connections to it causing the problem. Try removing the leads from both sides of the solenoid and cleaning them. If that doesn't help, try a jumper wire across the solenoid while turning the ignition key to start. That will tell you if the solenoid is bad. If that doesn't work, you'll have to check the ignition switch wiring to see why it has no power. It can be a bad/dirty battery cable, too. There are a few previous posts on this subject with some diagrams provided by Seabronc. I'll have to work on the 85 tomorrow night after work to get it running, too.
