Starter not engaging

I've got an '87 B2. Drove it home from work and it ran fine. The next morning, it wouldn't start. No clicking, nothing. The dashboard idiot lights come on and I can hear the fuel pump going but the starter doesn't engage. Checked my connections, seem OK. Replaced the solenoid and the starter. Still nothing. We checked continuity and everything seems to be getting power. Any ideas?

Forgot to mention, the battery is about 5 months old.
