Sputtering

Truck has been starting like crap when warm, so I tuned up the truck, got new plugs, wires, cap,rotor, radiator, t-stat, etc. But now when I'm driving the truck starts to sputter, and not have enough power, Checked out the fuel pump so I knownits not that, it's driving me insane, I'm thinking the pressure regulator is gone but I'm not sure

Please someone HELP before I loose my freakin mind,

I did, but still no change

well the pressure regulator is cheap so it wont be a bad idea, have you checked all your vacuum lines?
