Honestly, the cheap 99 cent Autolites. I have run Bosch Platinum, Splitfires, Champion Golds and everything in between and the absolute best performance I have ever got was with the cheap Autolites.

I agree. Fords run the best on either cheap autolites or if you want to spend an extra dollar or two, get autolite platinums. I run platinums (I think more for my personal reasons rather than if they actually are better) but have run standards with great luck as well.
