Spare tire mount bolt size

I need help with the bolt size for the spare tire mounts. The previous owners of my truck had the spare off and the only bolts i have are the ones that are broken inside the holes. If anyone could help me i'd appreciate it a lot.

those bolts on my 90 are actually lug studs welded to the bracket. 1/2 x 20 lug studs. the same as the lugstuds on the axels

Are you taling the studs that hold the tire on the rack? if so same as lugs. Or the bolts holding the rack to the truck? Those I do not remember but the heads on thos are special shaped to fit in the rack.
