I want to change stock axels of my Bronco 87 for hevy duty kits. BB have stock DANA 44 IFS (same as twin tracktion beam? am I right? ). I find axels kit for DANA 44 IFS in Yukon Gear&Axels catalog, but this kit consist from 2 inner axels (left, right) and 2 outer axels (left, right - they're both the same?). I don,t understand, where is short right axel, which out from gear to right "beam", right support arm. So kit must consist 5 axels...? I can,t find this fifth detail in catalog. And so right inner axel must be some shorter, then standard axel for DANA 44 (non-IFS)? What sense make change for all axels to hevy duty, and don,t change only one detail, which will break later? It will be most unreliable link...
Second question: Yukon Gear&Axels have diff hevy duty cover for DANA 44 IFS, marked "for Bronco 85-92". How I can install this cover? Left support arm is case with cover. It,s "monolith" construction. I can,t replace cover only. And I think, that cover of gears is mighty. It's hard to break or break through.
And third question: Stock joints in front part of driveline is not "greasable". Can I change all front joints to model with lubricators? May be Yukon Gear&Axels production...
What firms exept Yukon Gear&Axels you can recommend for changing for HD axels? I need bearing kits, seals, axel kits, joint kits.
