SoCal Paint Supplier

Hey,

I'm in the San Diego area and was wondering if anyone knows of a paint supplier around here that will sell to the general public.

Also, this is a first paint job for me on real car - I'm looking for a durable, doesn't have to be perfect (it's a Bronco, can't be too pretty!), somewhat inexpensive (under 1K) paint option. Any pointers?

Holly cow what was the name of that place I use to get my paint at a store there in mira mesa the price was always good and they could put it in a rattle can if you needed it. but I cant think of the name of it. Wow it was over 10 years ago the place may still be there. It was located right out the back gate of air station lets see you go out turn left and its on the right side. oh let me see if I can google it. I will get back with ya.

Ok I looked I know it used to be on the corner of miramar rd and pagent st. but I cant seem to find it sorry man it has been a while since I have been down there. good luck on finding one

Thanks for the response, I managed to find a place during lunch break today down in Chula Vista that looks like they carry everything I'd need (I think they're all DuPont products). Fortunately they had tons of stuff, unfortunately i have no idea what i want and they weren't very helpful at all. One thing the guy did mention was that polyester primer makes smoothing out older vehicles much easier (he called it liquid bondo). Anyone have ideas on polyester primer? Pros and cons?
