Ok so I figured out my shocks are going out on my drivers side, my buddy has an f250 of the same year and he has brand new shocks and springs all the way around, could I use his shocks and springs on my bronco? And would it make any difference In height or ride?

yo, I just bought Bilstein shock for my 96;

Their on-line catalog is ez to use and saw that for the the 4600 Series shocks (NO LIFT, Single shock set-up);

90 5.8 Bronco uses same front shock as a 90 F 250 5.8

I was surprised!

However; rear shocks are different part numbers

You can also verify by looking @ your 90's Door Jamb Label (Certification Label, also referred to as the Patent Plate, Data Plate & the Warranty Plate)
