Securing the rear seat

Does anyone have any Ideas of ways one could possible lock the rear seat to the floor so no one could fold it up? The reason I ask is I want to take my top off when it gets warmer, but my amp is hidden under the rear seat and I want to make sure it doesn't get stolen.

There's a pin thru the floor mounting brackets on each side that holds the seat to the floor. Remove them and install regular bolts. Tighten'em down. The seat won't fold up then.

Have you ever thought about putting in a false floor in the back?

You could then hide the amps under it.
