running rough

recently the coil went out and it was running fine before this, so i cahnged cap,rotor,wires and plugs but isit is still running rough--- any ideas or suggestions to fix problem

Double check the wires to be sure you have the firing order correct. Also check all plugs to be sure the wires are all the way on.
