Hey new here hoping you all can help me. My problem is that tail lights that come on with the headlights aren't coming on like they are supposed to. One day I was playing with it and got them to come on with just pulling it a little but when I turn on my headlights the tail lights will go off. So I went ahead and replaced the headlight switch and it is doing the exact same thing as it did with the other switch. I did notice when I was replacing the switch that the rod was bent. Could that have anything to do with it or is it something else?

What did you pull it a little? The Switch or wiring harness?
