ROLL CAGE

$-) Anyone know of a ready made roll cage to fit a 79? I have seen ads for a cage by Smittybilt, but can't seen to locate it on their web site.

My baby said "Got to have a good cage before I'll get in that wreck."

Of course this is probably an old question so please direct me to appropriate sites.

Roll Cages

They have an 8-point and a 10-point cage kit for 78-later Ford Bronco. Assembly/fitting and welding is required, but the tubing is very strong. I have their 10-point cage kit in my 84 Bronco, and posted a thread with a link to pics at SFO. You ca nfind it by doing a forum search for "rollbars" or "rollcages". Whatever kind you get or have made, I would strongly advise tieing it into the frame. Custom_78 has helped me out with my sub'frame mounts using poly bushings. He has a very nice custom-built full cage that looks very clean!!! JSM84
