I just bought a replacement reverse light switch from Toms Bronco, and the thing is too big. It won't fit in the space allowed in my 67. Any one else run into this and have any suggestions on what I can use instead? The reason that it doesn't fi is because I have power brakes now, and the booster bracket is just above the column, and there just isn't enough space to cram the massive switch in there.

I suppose this would be a good time to think about the Hurst Floor shifter too?

I emailed the guys at Toms and someone emailed back saying they would check their stock to see if they have another bracket made to be used with the brake booster bracket I have....

If they come up with something I will post it in case someone else runs into this problem....

I ended up using the stock bracket, but I bent the heck out of it so it was almost wrapping the column, then angled the end where the switch attaches back toward itself - this worked out great, and it was cheaper than buying another bracket.... It only took me about an hour or so once I got into it.
