radius arm

on my 85 f150 4x4 on the bottom bolt that holds the front of radius arm to the axle tube do i have to take axle out on drivers side to get to nut to put on wrench or is nut permanately attached to axle tube thx jeff

The nuts are welded. However it takes a great deal of heat and leverage to get that bolt out. It is in there with Blue Lock Tight , and the threads are very tight. After removing it, I would get a new set to replace them with. It is done that way for safety purposes.

are u serious ????!!!!! that's prob why I needed a pipe wrench and a 2' bar on the end pushing with my feet to make it budge!!! is there an easier way ??? I got the drivers side off and I'm dreading the passenger side (salt side ) :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
